Polycom VVX500

We are trying to setup our VVX500 phone with our Dialpad number using the below link:

When adding a Deskphone through the portal, Polycom is not an option and we do not get a pop-up with the server address. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    Hey @Drs Admin — had our team take a look behind the scenes. We tweaked some settings on your account. Can you take a look again when you get a chance and let us know if you see Polycom as an option now?

    Hi @Kate Walsh , I am having the same problem as @Drs Admin . I put a ticket into the helpdesk, but have not heard back. Did your back-end solution work and if so, can you look at my account?

    Hi @DialpadHQ ... I know this is an old thread but I am having the same experience as your two users above. I put in a ticket but no response.
