Problems with Obihai desk phone

This phone has plagued me for months. The light in the upper right hand corner is red nearly all the time. I can make outgoing calls when connected to my router, it isn't ringing for incoming calls, and when I try and connect with the wireless dongle, it always says "obtaining IP address". Basically, this product is defective or it sucks and I want a replacement.

    I have having problems with my incoming calls and I had to go into my router/modem and turn on 'Disable SIP ALG' and everything started working. Not sure if you have a similar setting in your router, but worth a shot maybe.
