Force Caller ID as Main Line

I would like the ability to set the caller ID as the main line across the entire office instead of leaving it up to the user to set.

It is impossible to track ever user and ensure this setting has been set properly.

    Yes. I need to set a default caller ID for all my users in the office & not allow them to change it! The outgoing caller ID changes based on what app or phone is being used, regardless if the "global" is set.

    This feature was requested in 2017 and still no response??!! I should have stayed with RingCentral.
