Update broke it...? Start menu shows Dialpad (7) instances, also no sound

After today's desktop app update our Task Manager is showing the Dialpad app running 7 instances. (see attached image) We've reboot but it doesn't fix it.

Additionally, we have had several calls with no sound, both inbound and outbound.

Example: Dial out, dead air or stalling (no touch tone sound, or ringing)
Example: Receive a call, caller can hear us but we cannot hear caller

    Hm. Not sure about that one. Forwarding this thread over to our support team to have a look.

    Dialpad desktop app for Windows (10) has erratic behavior. It will not fully launch, and the Task Manager shows that there are multiple instances running.
