Salesforce track SMS activity with API
Our call activity is logged in Salesforce currently. Is there a way to also log SMS activity through Dialpad in our Salesforce profiles?

We're working on building out a way to log SMS activity as well but don't have a timeline to share with you ATM. As soon as we do, we'll update this thread!
