What do I do?

Did you record these conversations on a shared line like a Main Line or Department? If so, Main Line/Department Admins are the only ones that will have access to call recordings.
If you recorded a call that come into your direct user line and those aren't showing up in your Inbox, please let us know and we'll forward this thread over to our support team to have a better look.
