Factory Resetting Obihai 1032?

Hi there,
I've run into a wall of not being able to factory reset my Obihai 1032. It's still linked to a user but the phone doesn't show up in my list of activated deskphones in the Dialpad admin page. I've already attempted factory resetting by holding the Home and Back buttons and while it reset just fine, the phone is still linked to the user. Also I've attempted factory resetting using the phone menu but it asks for a admin password and neither my team or the user set an admin password. I tried the most general admin passwords to no avail. Any help will be much appreciated!

    Actually nevermind, of course it works after I post to the forum.

    Ok, I'm looking like an idiot but it did not work with the multiple posting but it did not work.
