Incoming Calls - Caller ID Issues

When there is an incoming call that comes through my colleague's cell phone, there is no indication where it comes from. For example, all that pops up is the company's main line telephone number. No name, not where it is being transferred from (if it is being transferred) and not the actual number that is calling in. Is there a way to set it up so she and others will be able to see the caller' s caller ID and to have it so we know that it is coming in for a specific department when ringing to her cell phone? (i.e. calling from Sales)

    Hi there!

    Yep - these settings are specific to each forwarding device you've added to your account. You'll find these settings by navigating to the web portal then Your Settings > Your Devices > Forwarding Number > Advanced Settings

    That's where you'll be able to select whether you want the inbound caller ID to show your Main Line or Department # or the caller's number.
