Departments based on time

We are transitioning from a traditional PBX to Dialpad and I am trying to find one feature. We support the entire US and because of the changing time zones, we staggered our operators to begin and end work at separate times. This meant that one would work from 7am - 3pm, another from 3pm - 5pm to cover those last couple hours.

So we have our main number currently ringing to one person, I would like to allow another person to have it ring to them between specified times.

    This sounds like what you're after is routing to Operator schedules. This is something that we're working towards for our Call Center offering.

    We can share more information once the feature is built out a bit more but for now know that it's on our roadmap!

    Honestly can't wait for this feature! We are debating between using Dialpad and Aircall over this specific feature.
