How do you configure an SIP intercom?

I recently installed a 2n IP Helios (Versa) SIP intercom in my building. I use Dialpad for my building's SIP phone system - everything including the new intercom is on the same LAN. There are a lot of settings that I don't know about or what they need to be set to, to work with Dialpad's system. I tried contacting Dialpad support, but the rep actually told me, "I don't know how to set up SIP phones, sorry." I'm starting to regret my decision of going with Dialpad - support seems nonexistent - just support agents that reference PDFs and help articles for you - no actual solutions.

If anyone has experience with setting up an SIP intercom, any info would be helpful, thanks! It uses all standard SIP configuration/settings.
