Forward main line to external number

We want to forward all calls to our main line to an answering service. I'm not seeing any options to do that within the call routing, it just gives the option to forward to a team member / room phone.

I actually can't get any forwarding to work, even if I try to forward to my individual line and verify my cell-phone as a forwarded number to test.

Anyone know how to do this? Support is like completely non-existent for this service and I'm on the fence today after 2 hours of troubleshooting to just port this number over to our answering service and call it a day. :o

    I also need to be able to forward to external phone from the main line after hours. I can do it with a user line but not the main line. Am I missing something?
