Can the Analytics report be adjusted to remove missed calls from the report?

We all answer the phone in a small shop, so we all receive over 1000 missed calls a month, which are not really missed calls, they are just calls another employee answered. This concerns and confuses our owner. Can the report be changed by Dialpad to more accurately report a missed call, or to remove them altogether?
