Add a "business hours" filter to the dashboard
Currently the dashboard is not very useful. The only way to get relevant and accurate metrics is to use the "current hour" filter. It would be nice to have the "all day" filter automatically limit itself to business hours. Alternatively, have a "business hours" filter that only pulls data from that call center's scheduled hours for the day. Service level and abandoned call rates should not be effected by calls before/after operating hours.
