Cancel Forward

I set up a call forwarding feature during business hours to transfer calls on my main line, and my desk line to a calling service. How can I reverse that? Last time I called support and they helped me. I can't seem to figure out where the support phone number is now. I'd like to have all calls directed straight to Dialpaid. Can you help me with that?

    Hey Ryan!

    For your Main Line, navigate over to your Business Hours & Call Handling section. If you've set the line to forward to an outside number, you'll see that option is checked. You'll be able to change that to any of the other available options like "directly to voicemail" or "to another department".

    For the desk line, was this your personal line or a room phone tied to your Main Line?
