Cannot disconnect after transferring a call

Hello,

I transferred a call to a colleague and it still shows as an active call on my app. I have tried rebooting my computer and uninstalling and reinstalling the app itself. I have not been able to receive all calls since and it's been over an hour. Any thoughts on how to resolve this?
