Department Administration - Granular Admin Privileges
We would like to be able to give users the ability to be an Administrator for a department, so that they can control the call routing settings without needing to be an admin of the entire office. (i.e. Department Team Leaders)
This is already available. Add a user as an operator to a department, then select the "Add Admin Privileges" from the action menu for that operator in the department.
