Request - Analytics for Speed to Answer
I'd like to be able to see how quickly agents are answering calls in the Analytics dashboard.
I would also like to see this. There is a service level section in the dashboard, but it includes the time of our IVR, Welcome Greeting, and CSAT intro. These 3 combined are 36 seconds, so we have a way to calculate the Average Speed to Answer, but it would be nice to just have it show up so that we can see how agents are doing on the phones.
