New Texts - keep unread

Texts are like emails and in Dialpad easily get lost if not addressed right away. Labelling it flagged doesn't really do it for me, as then I have to check the flagged section, which I don't go to often.

An alternate suggestion would be to be able to make a text "unread" (just like email) and have the contact (or Department) bolded on the left for any with unread texts until they are all read. An alternate suggestion would be being able to manually send a text to email (e.g., via drop down menu for a text) as a way to know it needs to be addressed.
